Where do we ship?
We ship across Canada and the USA (lower 48 states). Some exceptions apply.
Orders placed before December 21st, 2021, within the Ottawa/Gatineau area, will be delivered for free before December 23rd, 2021.
Lead times
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 days. Once your item has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow the package.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated by total order weight. Some oversize pieces may be subject to additional shipping charges due to size and distance.
